Leveling guide

If you followed my guides in the past, you've probably seen a few of my videos. Generally, I make a video for difficult quests, because it's simply easier to show how to do it than to describe it with words sometimes.

In the future, I'll be using videos more often to show how to do difficult quests, like soloing certain elite quests in my Wotlk leveling guides. But I'll also use videos for my class specific leveling guides, to show you how to get the most out of your class and explain certain mechanics.

Anyway, here's the first video of a long series of videos to come, it explains how to AoE stuff as a Death Knight and it will be part of my Death Knight Leveling Guide in the future (this is just a preview version though, the final video will be in high quality and be more polished).

The Death Knight FAQ has been updated, an explanation of the Runeforging system was added as well as a link to my suggested Leveling Talent Builds, which also contains a list of DPS Rotations to use to do the most damage possible with your Death Knight while leveling.

As I promised yesterday on my blog, here is a preview of my Death Knight Leveling Guide. Both the Alliance and the Horde ones are pretty much finished at this point, but I won't release them now for security reasons (too many shady websites ripping off my guides :/ )

Anyway, here are a few pieces of my guide, just to give you a taste of how my first class specific leveling guide will look like, and that's just the tip of the iceberg

That's what I'm trying to figure out at the moment. As I'm currently writing my Death Knight Leveling Guide, I've been testing various builds and trying to find out which talent build allows you to level the fastest.

I can't say I'm a pro about the Death Knight class, it's fairly new and the talents are changing every week, so it's hard to tell, but I've done my math and my research and I came up with a build which I believe is the best for leveling, doing solo quests and farming.

It's official, Wrath of the Lich King will be in stores on the 13th November 2008. That means less than two months. Yay!

What does that mean for wow-pro? Well that means a change of plans for my release dates. Time is running out, so I won't be working on the additional quest circutis for Netherstorm and Shadowmoon Valley until further notice.

Instead, I'll be focusing 100% on my Northrend 70-80 Leveling Guides for both Horde and Alliance and then on my Death Knight Leveling Guides.

That's right, I'm already working on it. It's far from being complete, but I thought I'd update you guys on what I'm doing.

I am of course working primarily on the Northrend 70-80 Leveling Guide for both Horde and Alliance, but whenever I need a little break from it, I go right back to my Death Knight, because it's so much fun!

Anyway, my Death Knight guide will be my first class specific guide and I must say it's coming along very nicely so far, I can't wait to release it so that you guys can try it out. First of all, sorry for the lack of news about my outland leveling guides. I've been very busy during the past few months and had to put the guides on hold.
However now that I got everything sorted, the guides should be coming out at a much faster pace. The first part of my Alliance leveling guide (level 60 to 65) should be coming out before the end of this month.
