Criticism ho!
Okay, where to start.
First off I am going to make some assumptions. I am assuming that this is gear for PvE raiding, and what you should have for pre 7-8 tiered gear, or something equal to it. Also I am assuming your target "demo" is people that are casual players. With that in mind I will begin.
Newest Arena PvP Items... Obviously these are going to be the best "out-of-raid" gear for people trying to get geared, but there is one drawback, you cannot be a person that spends less then 3 hours a night to get that gear, and get this gear, with the exception of getting lucky with VoA. I would reccomend more dungeon and reputation gear for those players, because they are very easy to get with just playing 1-2 hours a day and you do not have to sell your soul to PvP. This is my opinion, yet I am a biased PvEer. Personally I do not want to spend the time to do hundreds of battles in the same areas over and over and over again, I like life a little spicier.
Wintergrasp rewards could also be an alternative to some of the gear you mentioned, or another helpfull trinket.
Sigil of the Dark Rider? THANK YOU!!! Finally someone did the research to realize that this gives more DPS then the EoH reward.
Lastly, Sphere of Red Dragon's Blood. I will admit that this is a great trinket, although I will say that there are other that you get from quests, or WG, that I would prefer over for the reason that I do not like something extra in my rotation I have to worry about. Personally I would go with something that procs over something I have to hit, but that is just lazy, ole me.
That is my two cents.

Awesome feedback A note on
Awesome feedback
A note on "use" trinkets - I used to hate them as well until I realized I could just work them into a macro for a button I hit all the time and not have to think about them anymore!
I am still learning macros,
I am still learning macros, but they are making my bars a lot smaller. Did you use it as a /cast xxxx enter /use xx? I would think that would be the easiest way, although at the moment I am liking /castsequence... for my paladin and death knight, but I need to change it up for my DK once I get Rune Strike.
Also this website is usefull to DKs, and you can learn how to implement easy macros with any class. http://deathknightbuilds.com/macros.html

I think I used something
I think I used something like:
#showtooltip THESPELL
/use TRINKET
/cast THESPELL
The reason for this: if spell causes a global cooldown, you don't want it first because it will prevent the use of the trinket.

This guide is ok so far, but it has a lot of potential.
I would recommend that you take a look at Jame's Guide Writing Guide. This contains loads of tips, from text formatting to inserting links and pictures.
Main improvements that could be made:
These tips can all be found written much better in Jame's guide,
A quick reference to BB-code can be found here.
Good luck
