| Rogue WSG Guide (10-19)
2 Average: 2 (4 votes) Ok, SO, if your reading this, then you either are looking to troll me, getting advice on battlegrounds...or are reading this for some unknown reason. (Note: This is for 19 ALLIANCE WSG ONLY!) Ok, as a rogue, you already have a distinct advantage over the other classes at 19. What is that you ask? Stealth. This gives you the ability to sneak up on any other class without ever being seen. Stun Lock(ish): At this level you dont have any of the good Stun Locking spells. Your roll in the battleground is to camp the enemy flagroom and Gank those people that join and intercept the enemy Flag Carrier. If you ARE looking for a stunlock then the most you can do is this... Rotation: Sub Spec: Spec: Combat DPS Spec: Spec: Flag Carrier Spec: Stealth, sap the Ranged classes heres the list of the most important to sap: Warlock/Hunter/Mage/Priest/Shaman/Warrior. Spec: Assassination DPS: Stealth,Ambush,Gouge,Backstab,Backstab if possible, if not, Sinister Strike. Spec: Here is the way you should take when going anywhere: Map's at the Bottom. Good luck out there!! For The Alliance!

GUide is no longer updated, still figuring out how to take it off, Im going to start writing better guides, sorry about this guide guys, it was a phail...
Check out my guide.
Check out my guide on this site. It is a complete and full out guide all about rogues at (1-19). This guide right here shows strategy for each spec, though I tend to use garrote most of the time. My guide has gear, walk throughs, small guides linked for items, and tips on your roles of WSG.

I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to ruin your guide or anything, it is just that I wanted to link mine for some more tips and strategies in case viewers needed some more. Your guide is great but I just wanted to help the viewers.

I believe he was pointing
I believe he was pointing out that, while your guide is okay, it was kind of unnecessary since we already do have a high quality guide.
We are really glad that you wanted to contribute to the site, but in the future try to pick a subject which has not been covered or which has only been partially covered. In this case, you wrote a guide which actually covers less than the previous guide. Covering only a narrow subject is okay, if no one's talked about it already, but in this case it's a bit of a waste.
I don't think he intended to come to your guide to "ruin it", though he could have been a bit more diplomatic in what he said.

I checked your guide, too,
I checked your guide, too, and all I can say that it's alot better. Much more information, good explanations, no 'I-wanna-be-the-fun-guy' writing style, and overal just alot more informative, and not only aimed at an small group of players.
Sorry, but his guide is alot better.

I'm wondering what level 19
I'm wondering what level 19 rogue would need a guide, for mindlessly spamming a few buttons? Outside of the poor subject choice, the guide itself could use some editting, some bold titles, maybe a bit more space between the different paragraphs, and some links to various ability's/talents. I think it'll look alright then.
Not to offend you, but really, a guide for the level 10 - 19 bracket, as a rogue? I'm sure people will read the skill they get at level 1, once they start their rogue.
edit: You also might want to add some colours in the legend for the map.

Sorry me again
, just noticed that there is no map at the bottom,
Use [ img ] and [ /img ] tags either side of the web address, or upload it, then copy the link of the uploaded file between the tags (tags without the spaces)
Check out this for a guide on how to upload images.

It is visible at the bottom,
It is visible at the bottom, but it would be easier if you just put it in the guide itself, using the image tags as Night Hawk said.
This guide seems to have pretty good info, but the formatting needs work. At least it's not a wall of text!
Follow the advice of the posters below me, they have the right idea

First off, Great Guide!
First off, Great Guide!
Although i think you should you should probsbly change the name from battleground guide to something tht has to do with rogues because i personally thought this was about WSG in general not about rogues (twinks).
Also maybe add some different text colours in there to make it look aa little better.
You can also put wowhead tooltips on the moves, talents so people know exactly what they are speccing into.
other than those three things i think this is a very good job at a first guide (better than mine I might add
).

Good first guide, you
Good first guide, you obviously know what you're talking about and I like the style.
I would agree with everything that Nilz has suggested and would add that you should use the [ hr ] tag to separate areas. You have done that at the moment using ------ which is ok, but is a pain to edit when going back over it. The [ hr ] tag will just draw a nice neat line across the page.
I would also advice you read Jame's guide writing guide, this will explain how to format and code, this will improve your guide a lot. There's also a nice little table here that has a lot of the common tags. A bit of text editing and some links and this will be a great guide.
