How to get: Winterspring Epics

Now these items are very tricky to get. So i'll try to explain it in an easy way. To be able to get the quests for these items you must first go to UBRS and kill "The Beast" that's a Boss in UBRS. Once killed you must skin The Beast, to skin it you'll need 315+ skining. Once you have skinned him, Finkle will posibly spawn and firsrt then can you get the quest that will lead you to Malyfous Darkhammer in Winterspring (Everlook), and later, the actual Quests for the items. It's recommended that you are level 60 when doing this quest.

Added: After Zul'Grubu has been introduced it is now also posible to get the sword called "Zulian Slicer" to boost skinning to 315. However the +5 skinning enchantment is still needed.

Cap of the Scarlet Savant;
Binds when picked up
Head Cloth
78 Armor
+20 Intellect
+17 Stamina
Classes: Warlock - Mage - Shaman - Druid - Priest
Passive: Improves your chance to get a critical strike with spells by 2%.

5 Flayed Abomination Stitches:
Gotten from Abominations in Stratholme. This item is Bind on Pick-up.

5 Enchanted Scarlet Threads:
Dropped in Stratholme - Crimson NPCs - Malor the Zealous - Archivist Galford - Skeleton Berserker - Skeleton Guardian - Plague Ghoul. This item is Bind on Pick-up.

1 Pristine Hide of the Beast:
Skinned from the Beast(boss) in UBRS, Requires Finkles Skinner, Skinning 300 and +5 Skinning Enchant on Gloves, to skin. Finkles Skinner is a drop off the Beast itself. The Hide does Not Bind on Pick-up.

8 Arcane Crystals:
Mined from Thorium Veins, also used in Blacksmithing.

50 Gold Coins.

Breastplate of Bloodthirst;
Binds when picked up
Chest Leather
190 Armor
+20 Stamina
+13 Strength
Passive: Improves your chance to get a critical strike by 2%.
Passive: Increases your chance to dodge an attack by 1%.

+30 Spirit
+20 Intellect
Passive: Increases damage and healing done by magical spells and effects by up to 18.

What You Need & Where To Get;

5 Arcanite bar:
These are Arcane Crystals that are transmuted by an alchemist into Arcanite Bars. There's a 3 day cooldown on each Transmution. Arcane Crystals are mined from Thorium Veins. This item does not Bind on Pick-up.

5 Flayed Abomination Stitches:
Gotten from Abominations in Stratholme. This item is Bind on Pick-up.

5 Frostwhisper's Embalming Fluid.
This item is found in Scholomance, in Ras Frostwhispers room to the Left of the Alter (the Deed quest is on the right side). Only 1 will spawn per instance, but can be looted inspite of Raid Groups. This item is Bind on Pick-up

50 Gold Coints.

This is a tough quest, no doubt. But if your guild isn't MC raiding, or perhaps in a PvP guild, this is deffinetly worth it in my oppinion.
