Horde Levelling Guides

First off, I would like to thank Jame and all those who contributed to these amazing guides. I cant even imagine how much work you put into them, but it must have been a labor of love or you are just plainly insane!

My question is this: For the Horde 60-65 guide, you of course optimize the quests for fastest levelling which is the point of the guides. But do you skip any quests at all along the way? I ask because while I am going to follow the guide religiously, I dont want to miss out on a single Outlands quest simply because of all the great gear, and quests chains you get as a result.
