Authenticator Login
Ok, so I logged in last week on Battle.net just fine, but today I tried to login and it says to enter the 6 digit code generated by my Authenticator. I have never set up this method of logging in and now I'm dreading the fact that my account has been hacked, but I can't login. Blizzard is swamped with calls and I don't even want to wait to play email tag back and forth with them to remedy the problem. Any suggestions?
This just happened to me
This just happened to me shortly after I downloaded the WoW Pro add-on. My initial reaction was that this site was a scam despite my reading through it and it seeming legit. However, after contacting Blizzard the rep told me that the culprits are Curse Client and WoWmatrix.
I had been using Curse Client. She told me they were currently experiencing a run on this issue from users using those 3rd party add-ons. She recommended spreading the word (since Blizzard can't officially do it for some reason) and downloading add-ons manually.

If you didn't put an
If you didn't put an authenticator on yourself and it is demanding a code, it's a sure bet your account was hacked and the person who hacked it slapped an authenticator on there.
I would highly recommend getting an authenticator yourself once you manage to get your account back. They cost less than a movie ticket (or free if you happen to have an iPhone) and only take an extra 10 seconds when you log in. This advice goes to EVERYONE - save yourself and your guild the grief and just get one!

Problems?
Are you having problems? I just did a quick glance and didn't see any blatant problems.

Well allright, perahps I
Well allright, perahps I should clarify.
I followed the 'How to CLEAN your PC from keyloggers' guide posted by Wizkid and noticed in the beginning of the guide, that mister Jame offered the guide users to post the Highjackthis-log file here on the technical problems board for reviewal. And thats really just what I did.
I dont expect anything severe is wrong with my system - other than it having wierd personality traits -but then again I have no real idea of what to look for in such a log-file, and if there 'is' something hazardous hiding somewhere on my system.
However, if ya say it looks fine, I will trust ya on that and gently pat my computer to show my appreciation of its toughness.
