wow-pro site errors

Well, there are a few thing I would like to mention:

First of all, I hope this is the right place for this post - if not, feel free of course ot delete it or move iot whereever ya like.

And then the problems.

Its about the member avatars. Ya see, I cant seem to upload the right images, regardlesss of which image I select to upload the site seems to choose a different image from my folders. Its really dreadfully annoying. I have of course attempted to upload the same image multiple time, but the result remains the same, sadly. What can be done?

Erm yes, and the second problem is well, not really a problem, but a distaste of something. Its the advertisements on the top of the site. On every new sub-page I enter, the advertisements expand themselves a great deal and blocks the site content, as well as freezing the screen for a few seconds.
I know that ya are not responsible for the behavior of these advertisements, but anyhuh its so frustrating having them thraown at ya like that when browsing this site - which I so adore. Just though I would mention that.
