| Mount Level Changes 3.2
This just in. Means some of the leveling guides might need an update soon, as well it will help the leveling time/speed. Only hurt would be in Outlands where you want to fly from quest location to location and miss the kill on sight mobs. Quote: In the next major content patch, we intend to adjust mount requirements to further improve the leveling experience in World of Warcraft. In addition, cast times for summoning all mounts will be reduced to 1.5 seconds, down from 3 seconds. The following is a breakdown of the upcoming cost and level requirement changes we are making for each riding skill. | About the author:Server Website/Facebook/Myspace Location Main Character all i want in life is to be happy! Why does the land mount
Why does the land mount speed go down from 100% at Journeyman to 60% at Expert?
Does this mean that we'll have to sacrifice our 100% mount speed for the 150% flying mount speed?
Will we be able to use flying mounts in Northrend at level 70 as a result of this?

That just means if you
That just means if you choose to run the flyer along the ground for any reason, it will only run at 60%. You can still use your 100% epic ground mounts if you want to run on the ground at high speed.

Oh, and don't forget the class changes:
- Travel Form, Aspect of the Cheetah, and Ghost Wolf will be trainable at level 16 (as opposed to 20 or 30 right now).
- Summon Warhorse and Felsteed will require level 20 (as opposed to 30 now).
- Summon Charger and Dreadsteed will require level 40 (as opposed to 60 now).
- Flight Form will require level 60, and its speed will be raised to 150% (as opposed to level 68 and 60% now).
- Swift Flight Form will require level 70.
I actually think I will like the changes. It will make leveling alts sooo much easier! >.<Moderator
I'm curious if the summon
I'm curious if the summon quests for warlocks and pallies will remain in the game, and if they will be changed at all. They clearly cannot be performed at level 40 as they require level 60 instance runs. I'm assuming the skills will just be trainable at 40 but the quests will still exist so those who want to can do them.

Just Read About That....
I just read about that on another site. Apparently you don't have to do the quests to get those mounts. You just go to the right person and give them gold. I would assume (though I don't know) that it's the same cost as the equivalent mounts that everyone else has to buy.

this is true the quests are
this is true the quests are still in game and i did it on my pali so i could get the cool tabard. it would be nice if the old quests would reward something like the BE tabard, but then again a lvl80 doing it doesn't mean much.
