Earn money with enchanting mats (no enchanting skill required)

If you want to make easy money while you're doing something else, please read on.

We're going to make money with enchanting mats.
How? Easy pie. Just by buying/selling enchanting mats.

There are 3 different sorts of enchanting mats; shards, essences and dusts.
We're going to make money with the essences.

First of all, you need some money to start with.
If you don't have much gold to spend, no problem, it only takes longer to make big amounts
I think 1-2g is enough to start with.

Part 1: lesser/greater essences
Essences (e.g. magic, mystic, astral, nether, eternal) have a special characteristic.
You can transform 3 Lesser xxx Essence to 1 Greater xxx Essence (and vice-versa) by right clicking on the item in your bag.

On AH you can find both greater and lesser essences. But here's the trick.
Lesser essences go for a higher price (in relative terms) than Greater essences.

For instance: (prices may change per realm/faction)
- 1 Greater Eternal Essence: 6g AH price
- 1 Lesser Eternal Essence: 3g50s AH price

3 x 3g50s = 10g50s
10g50s - 6g = 4g50s

We are making 4g50s profit out of this !!! How nice?!

The trick in this is to get the Greater Essences for a reasonable price (they go for really high prices sometimes).
You can do this with all other essences, but the prices may vary ofcourse.
The best thing is: you won't lose your investment (read on to part 2)

Part 2: Nothing to lose
This is the best part. When trading enchanting mats, you won't lose your investment price.
In the worst case it can take a while to get it back (with profit ofcouse).

This is because enchanting mats don't have a deposit price on the AH.
Which means you can stick to your own price (most of the times), just bring your mats back to the AH as soon as their auctions have expired.
Because these mats don't have a deposit price, always set 24h auctions!
